The Connie Abston Archive & History Exhibition is curated through the support of the children of Connie Abston in honor of her long association with this historic venue. The Backstage Experience Tour presented by Huey’s covers Midtown Memphis’s deep live music history - from the W.C. Handy days to the amazing ‘modern’ music still happening at this historic venue today.

Price: $16 per person
(Scholarships available for schools and non-profits.)
Tour Length: Approximately 1 hour
Tour Times: Tours offered daily at 12:00pm, 2:00pm, and 5:30pm (except on scheduled concert days)
Maximum Group Size: 12 people
All proceeds from the Connie Abston Archive & History Exhibition supports the continued preservation of the Overton Park Shell.

The Backstage Experience Tour is proudly presented by Huey’s, honoring the legacy of Huey’s founder Thomas Boggs. Thomas Boggs was a lifelong champion of the Shell and is deeply vested in the Shell's story.
